missed a step

there's a step missing in chapter 8, Between here:

Surgery Room
MOVE near the SURGICAL POD BED to start a dialog
PICK UP the EXTRACTED PDT from the bloody table
CLICK the CRYOPRESERVATION TANK to obtain EMPTY STASIS FLUID CONTAINER
USE your LOOSE CABLES on the OXYGEN CYLINDER to obtain OXYGEN CYLINDER WRAPPED WITH CABLES
USE the OXYGEN CYLINDER WRAPPED WITH CABLES on the blue OXYGEN STORAGE TANK
CLICK the purple ANESTHETIC STORAGE to fill the anesthetic tank
USE the BODY PART on the bloody SURGICAL TRAY
USE the EMPTY REVOLVER on the SURGICAL TRAY to obtain REFINED ORGANIC MATERIAL
USE the REFINED ORGANIC MATERIAL on the red ORGANIC RECEPTICAL
GO BACK to the Blood Streaked Hallway

and :

Blood Streaked Hallway
CLICK the FORCE FIELD near the TOP of the room to look into the broken pod room
EXIT into the room you are viewing by clicking right past the FORCE FIELD

You need to go back to the reception area which branches from the elevator room, on the lower left. it'd go like

Reception
1. USE the EXTRACTED PDT on the RECEPTION CHAIR
2. USE the MEDICAL BAY TERMINAL
3. CLICK [FORCEFIELD OFF]
4. EXIT at the top right

if anyone is stuck for whatever reason.
