wget command shows error in jupyter notebook

ERROR:-
'wget' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

why this code only work in google Colab not in jupyter notebook??
is their any alternative for this in jupyter notebook??

As far as I know, wget is a linux OS command. To overcome this, you just manually download the zip file and modify the paths accordingly, or download a module known as wget which can download the files in a similar manner. Although, if you are working in a local environment, I would advise to use Google Colab. Some of the tutorials need GPU activation for faster processing. If you are sure that you have sufficient resources, you are good to go!

you can either download the file or use it to create dataframe using pandas
