I can't insert the link to add on home assistant in your project's add-ons.... what is the address to copy and paste?

Oh, I see. I run my HA in docker, not HAOS, therefore Ecowitt-Controller is just another container on the same docker host.

I need to check the requirements for HAOS addons and see if this change is viable.

Oh yeah. If you could run it in Haos that would be awesome. I have some WFC01s that I can't see with the original integration...

Can't promise anything, after a quick check of the add-on documentation it seems it requires quite some changes to the project structure. I'll give it a shot by just adding a config.yaml and see if that's enough.

Out of curiosity, can't you just add a container source as add-on? Also, are you on arm64 or x64?

I have a 32bit Raspberry Pi4

I would also love to see this (and am also running a Pi4, though may be moving to x64 soon).
It would be a great addition as the current "official" Ecowitt addon has major issues (mainly lack of newer device support, particularly any weather station with piezoelectric rain sensors) and it just broke entirely with the new year HAOS update.
Though I realise it's a lot to ask. Perhaps this is the kick in the pants I need to start playing around with a docker based setup instead!
