The code that creates a human readable slug for criteria pages (here) isn't very good. It breaks in a bunch of cases, and could be a security issue. Example of a broken criteria page, https://badgekit.org/system/openbadges-badges/badge/badge-alliance-/-open-badges-advocate/criteria
