The vagrant method isn't working because of missing box

The vagrantfile specifies to use the box available on http://stuff.webmaker.org/devtools/badgekitsuite.box
Though this box isn't available on the moment. (404 error).
Will this box be available again?

It is a 800mb file, so it wouldn't do well in the repo. :)

Yes sorry, that's why I deleted my comment. I was confused with some other project where the Vagrantfile is outside the repo, and I thought this was that one.
