Missing:
— Module::Install::AuthorTests
— Module::Install::ReadmeMarkdownFromPod
— Module::Install::Repository

When I try perl Makefile.PL, it complains

String found where operator expected at Makefile.PL line 7, near "author_tests 'xt'"
    (Do you need to predeclare author_tests?)
...
