Index page

Prevent displaying your name and bg-color in the nav when it gets loaded or refreshed.
When the homepage gets refreshed scroll bar moved to the bottom or random height.
Shouldn't the image of the last blog post: Ever wondered why your best employees leave in the thumbnail be centered or full width? It looks only the reading time positioned at the corner.

Post detail page

Align the first image to center. background-position: center; Or make the image full width.

If the first image is important like diagram to show then it shouldn't get cut. Ex)

Suggestions

Display indicators of previous and next posts in a post detail page. Or a list would work too.
Tell us who you are. Add About page or some introduction or profile under your name in the homepage.
