why FASTTExpression uses FASTTEntity ? #54

There does not seem to be a reason for this (for example TStatement does not use TEntity ...)

correction, TStatement also uses TEntity, and TScopableEntity and TNamedEntity

may be better to leave this to class inheritance ... (Statement inherit from Entity, ...)
