I can watch youtube videos, but I can't watch youtube streaming.
Is there any methods to watch streaming too?

Someone named @ds58 forked MCEF and upgraded it to the newer Chromium version (v.100 as of 9 June 2022), and also released macOS and Linux compatible versions.
Most Chromium-related issues are solved by downloading his new version of MCEF, Until @montoyo comes back to WebDisplays community.

And unfortunately since streaming are mostly using H264 codec, another fork with ffmpeg must be used as well. I couldn't find it at the moment and even @ds58's fork doesnt support H264.

I am working on a completely new mod that supports proprietary codecs which will allow you to watch things such as YouTube livestreams

It isn't finished, or even released. But you can follow the progress here https://github.com/CinemaMod
