Current rewrite_relative_urls supports Markdown Link, Image, and Link Definition.

It would be nice this plugin supports raw html (i,e img, anchor tag).

Note: Raw HTML has incompatibility with some setting of mkdocs. (i.e. mkdocs/mkdocs#991) User should make sure other settings are also properly setup.
