More specifically, the following need to be completed:

Implement GameBridge #8 Implement game broadcasting, host detection, and clients joining a game
Create OnlineHostGame #9 Implement host/server, including deciding what sort of information to send back to client
Create OnlineClientGame #10 Implement client, including "parsing" the host's information on game state
Update main to account for these things during mode 3
