Detail

This method is iOS only, we need alternative in c# or android native. This issue is important for Android implementation.

Android seems can work without this method, but somehow the camera movement is not "fluent". Don't know if this is related.

The other ticket is resolved. And it seems CACurrentMediaTime() alternative for Android is not very necessary needed.

Remove Milestone, but keep the ticket.
