Ability to use MLIR main

It is super common to work directly off of MLIR main as the project moves quite quickly and one may want to immediately use features contributed upstream. It would be nice if this crate had the ability to not check for version, and just accept any particular build of MLIR, since the API is mostly automatically generated anyway.
