Adding option to do git pull to update cached entries with git repositories #762

Once a git repository is added in the cache, currently there's no CM mechanism to update this repository. Probably we need to add an option to do git pull.

This CM script is added now.

Will be useful to make it Windows compatible but not urgent ...
