The example on the NPM website and here on Github doesn't provide any inexact or exact matches. After adding a key for the Maps API, the error callback returns null, but still no inexact or exact matches are found.

I think it has something to do with this:
https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/geocoding/start

Before you begin: Before you start using the Geocoding API, you need a project with a billing account and the Geocoding API enabled. To learn more, see Get Started with Google Maps Platform.
