Place the "mivascript" folder in your Sublime Text 2/3 User Package directory:
Ubuntu: ~/.config/sublime-text-*/Packages/User/
Windows: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Sublime Text *\Packages\User\
Put the Custom Themes folder in ~/.config/sublime-text-*/Packages directory
The fingertext_to_sublime.php tool can be used to extract FingerText snippets from an sqlite database and convert them to the appropriate file format for sublime. The *.sublime-snippet files should be placed in the ~/.config/sublime-text-*/Packages/User/mivascript directory.
