add the ability to specify an s3 bucket to push the json report to

At the moment, it seems that we cannot specify the s3 bucket used to store our artifact via an API call. If we were to setup #9 - parametrizing the target, profile and bucket would seem to be the first logical abstraction. I could be missing it, but just putting it here to outline the core things we want to do
