Overview of Sensor issues

Define the sensor API
- Consider if can use ESPHOME or minor modification of it
Apply sensor template to several sensors

Status

Actuators
- Actuator Blinken #7 done
- Actuator Relay #54 done
Sensors
- Sensor: DHT11 #64 done
- SHT done
- Generic Analog - done
- Soil moisture - just started (Dec 2024)

Template for each sensor

Obtain one or more examples
Build a sample interface in its own file, to standard API and add to configuration
Look for core components, decide if can simplify and build directly onto main board
See if can simplify the library, especially to use common components
Look for code in the ESPHOME series and see if it can be used.
Consider any configuration issues, and build into _settings.h
