Make class to load in all files and pass to milliqan processor to be analyzed

Should be easy to run over single run, set of runs, or all runs.

Should be able to break up the jobs into smaller sets for batch processing.

Load json file containing list of good runs/files and only run on these

carriganm95 assigned carriganm95 and steenisj and unassigned carriganm95
