Only plot fbranch results with Z>=3

Hi, I am trying Dsuite, I am wondering whether there is a method to only plot those fbranch values with Zscore over 3, with so many species, it would be hard to select fb values with Z>=3.

Not sure if this will solve your problem, but you can change all Z scores < 3 to 0 through this script by Joana Meier: https://github.com/joanam/scripts/blob/master/removeNonsignDsuite.r
