To install Dsuite, I downloaded Git and trying to install from here, but the problem is, it is not recognizing "make"

These all are the contents that is in my Dsuite directory but unable to install, struggling for 1 week, trying to download zlib, mingw32, every possible method that i could. But i don't know what the problem is!
