Normal Draw

All current employees are eligible for each normal draw.

We metaphorically place all interested individuals in a 'bag'.

Each week during a specified period, we draw one person from this 'bag'.

This process continues until the period ends.

Special Draws

Special draws occur during occasions like Easter and New Year's.

Note: An individual cannot win a special draw two years consecutively, unless no one else shows interest.

For example, if a person wins the Easter draw this year, they are ineligible to win any special draws the following year.

If a person cannot use the prize during the awarded period, a new draw will be conducted for special draws.

Families with Schoolchildren

Winter and autumn holidays are reserved for families with schoolchildren.
