Rules for swaping or cancel a booking

Some rules need to be discussed:

Scenario 1 - swap:
Colleague A got assigned the cabin in slot 1. Now he wants to swap the dates with colleague B.

Suggestion:

• User A "applies" for swap by selecting to user B
• User B gets a mail with a link to accept the swap
• User B clicks the link to accept and both assignments will be changed.
• No coins touched.

Scenario 2 - cancel:
Colleague A wants to cancel a booking --> the cabin is available

Case A (long tem cancel):

• UserA cancel the booking long time before
• A mail to all users ([email protected]) will be generated to inform about availability
• Other users can add them selv to list of interest
• New raffle --> initiates automatically??!
• UserA get coins back

Case B (short term): Første-man-til-mølla

• UserA cancel booking in the same week
• A mail to all users ([email protected]) will be generated to inform about availability
• Other users can grab the empty slot
• UserA don't get coins back
• No raffle
• UserB just get the cabin

WHEN swapping userA has to select a colleague (userB) who got assigned another slot.

IF userB has more than 1 slots THEN userA has to select the slot he wants to swap to.
