Postmortem: lambda server going down / unable to write files

There's been recent intermittent problems with the lambda server due to a configuration issue with file permissions related to an assignment for the big data class. This should be resolved now. You can find a detailed postmortem (which you should all mostly be able to understand) on their class repo at: mikeizbicki/cmc-csci143#341.
