描述

External resources containing the link "raw.githubusercontent.com" cannot be updated. However, after modifying any configuration in the DNS settings, the update succeeds. Restoring the original DNS configuration also allows updates. Therefore, can this be considered a bug?

As long as options like those in this screenshot or any other DNS configuration have been modified, the update will succeed.
