Some customer patterns requires the usage of self-hosted runners that runs the workflows privately. Current Symphony workflows supports the usage of public runners only on both GitHub and azure devops.

This story is to investigate and design how Symphony could leverage selfhosted runners on both Azure devops and GithHb
