multi GPU rendering on holographic (immersive headsets) seems to render black #136

@MikeRiches - can you think of any reason why this may be happening. I had a user report this issue to me but I don't have the hardware to test. I checked and the code seems to be properly grabbing the preferred adapter from the holographic API. Not sure what the problem could be here..

To clarify, I mean on hardware with SLI or multiple dedicated GPUs

This is definitely an issue. See the comments on multigpu + webVR. https://forums.hololens.com/discussion/8148/has-anyone-gotten-webvr-to-work

It's no secret that ANGLE powers webvr. So whatever the fix was for this for webvr, I'd be interested to know how it can be integrated back into the public ANGLE branch.
