Steps to reproduce
When Powertoys told me to update, I did so, and then it gave me a

error message. I thought it'd go away after a restart, but it didn't. Every time PowerToys auto-starts in startup. It gives me the following error message.Here's the error log:

✔️ Expected Behavior
At first, I didn't think much of it. But now PowerToys Run doesn't work anymore. I expected it to run like usual with dark mode and all.
❌ Actual Behavior
But, it's unresponsive plus on light mode by default for some reason.
