[Bug]: Sign-in flow doesn't seem to like personal MS accounts with email addresses with capital characters in them

Describe the Issue

I'm unable to login to the plugin. Eventually I hit this message and both buttons don't fix the problem.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a Microsoft account created where the email address contains a capital letter
2. Install Copilot for Azure plugin and try to sign in
3. Get this message about conflicting account detected
