Here's the error that Read the Docs shows during the build process:

Given my understanding of what will happen with this repo long term, I do not expect anyone to invest resources in fixing this. I am just documenting it here.

Fixed via cc31267

Note that the fix just eliminates this error. It does not make it so Read the Docs can pull the source content from the upstream repositories and build the full site.
