As part of the squad to accept external fastq data we need some updates to the UI. Please implement merging the context and multi-omics pages following the logic designed in https://drive.google.com/file/d/1rf1ejqxq4Xj1A-AkY1QvRir5CABfpHa7/view?usp=drive_link
