Hi,

I have a question about pyalign.py file. what is the application or usage of pyalign.py file in MAMnet?

Dear sajadtavakoli:
MAMnet primarily used code between 680 to 1392 line in pyalign.py, these codes are used for processing and clustering SV signature and precompile by numba for reduce runtime.
