Any idea why this run is still calling project-serum anchor npm link? It appears to be using the latest version of anchor-test and setup-anchor but it's still calling project-serum instead of coral-xyz. This causes it to fail.

This is no longer the case, the source has been updated to coral-xyz. It could be that you are using an older version, before it was changed. I suggest closing this issue.
