Get rid of conditional vault freeze authority

Because the conditional tokens are technically freezable by the conditional vault, Phantom shows a warning message "You are acquiring an asset that can be frozen by the issuer. Make sure you trust the issuer." when minting tokens. We should get rid of this freeze authority so the warning doesn't pop up.
