getting onedrive to work again?

I installed Windows 11 IoT Enterprise LTSC using IoT-LTSC-Like autounattend.xml. It was on an old 12+ year old unsupported laptop. In retrospect, I should have checked about not removing onedrive as I do need the documents folder synced.

I installed onedrive as a part of office installation. It doesn't work. Clicking onedrive in start menu, doesn't do anything.

Can you please help me to get onedrive up and running? Or do I need to completely reinstall windows? Thank you!
