Error on pushing to refs

It sometimes errors out because the repo has changes the action does not have locally. I guess running pull request before pushing is redundant but may work?

This work if you go to re-run all jobs in the 'Actions' section on github, but the workflow functions correctly when runned by the cron job or running it normally in the same section.
