Store first phase of data processing in files so we can run the analysis and paper build in CI

The data set is very large and we don't want to have to download that into a CI container. We could set up the scripts to extract the per session data an build the statistics table and this table could either be checked in to git or stored somewhere so that CI could access it. Then we could have CI build the analysis and paper from a reduced dataset.
