Thanks this was really helpful. I spent half a day looking for something like this to loop through a list of data frames. It still wouldn't quite work as I was using map, and kept getting the error object 'tab' not found. I then looked at https://bookdown.org/yihui/rmarkdown-cookbook/child-document.html and saw there examples used envir = environment() in the knit_child parameters. Adding this in brought success, problem solved thanks to you. Cheers! |
