Errors for nested embeds in polymorphic embeds do not show #116

This PR solves the issue for nested embeds in phoenix_live_view:
phoenixframework/phoenix_live_view#3497

This fixes the behaviour + adds a test:
#115

It is a bit hacky though as I with the general test setup a bit.
