I noticed that if an item is assigned or made available to "All users" it lists all the groups I have in Azure. not sure if that is just the way defines All Users in Azure.
It would be nice if it just showed All users instead of every group I have.
Exported file:

Intune-Inst-Default
... all the way to
Intune-Inst-EdgeChromium

Not much to add as the issue is well described. I tried turning groups off in the config, but it does not seem to make a difference. THANK YOU again for this great script! I'd be very pleased to work with you on testing. Wish I was more of a PS programmer, but (alas), 'tis not the case.
