Chisel can generate code with elaboration artifacts.

Eg fdt for Linux kernel, or c++ to monitor cosim events or dump conf options to process by some external tool.

We have strings in pyrope, we must need the option to say the out file for string.

All the strings and elaboration artifacts are constant at conpile time.
