Doesn't change battery icon when charger is plugged

The batter icon doesn't change when charger is plugged in laptop. It stays the same since the boot i.e. it shows charging if the charger was connected at the time of boot else doesn't.

@github-maverick No detect the charger plugged in from the upower.

I have the same problem, the computer is charging but upower -d tells that it is discharging hence the batter icon isnt updated. I use 15.11.
