Stanford PE dataset npy files have dtype int16.
dicom2npy is generating npy matrix with dtype uint16

Due to this Stanford PE dataset npy matrix values range from -3024 to 3072 and Dicom images generated npy matrix values ranges from 0 to 4096. Does this affect prediction of the algorithm prediction?
