The issue
Short description of the problem:
Upload fails if the input file contains muti-byte characters in its filename.
What behavior are you expecting?
Able to upload and load files which contains muti-byte characters in its filename.
What are the steps to reproduce the issue:
Login to DHCCE, move to Upload tab.
Drag and Drop or use file selector to upload input file which contains multi-byte characters in its filename. (e.g. テスト.csv)

Which Operating System are you using?
Which version of MarkLogic are you using?
Which version of the Data Hub are you using?
The devil is in the details...
If possible, rerun the command with -d for debugging output and attach the output:
