Scale axis different from manual test

Describe the bug
The plot in section https://developer.mantidproject.org/Testing/Direct/MSliceTestGuide.html#modifying-a-cut shows a plot with y limits from 0 to 700, but when I did it the y scale is from 0 to 25

To Reproduce
Follow steps 10-15 in manual testing instructions and check that plot scale differs from picture.

Expected behavior
Same behaviour as the instructions.

In this case the plot in the manual testing instructions is wrong, not the test result. I will double-check all screenshots in the manual testing document.
