The key commands in the confirmation dialog when installing updates can be improved:
the green "Apply" button (I don't know the exact English text here) should be the default button that's triggered when pressing the Enter key. In other Gnome dialogs, when you see that coloured button it is the default action and can be triggered via the Enter key like the empty-the-trash-dialog. This is also the default on macOS and Windows.
Pressing Tab should tab-select the buttons first instead of the listed packages because the buttons are the only interactive element in that dialog. By moving the buttons in the tab-select order to the top, users who want to navigate the list using the keyboard can still do that using Tab+Shift.
