I used the algorithm from the Water Office of Réunion to start gathering data, but it takes a long time to accumulate enough data for it to be representative.
I contacted the founder of "La Banquise" to see if it would be possible to extract data in bulk. Before allowing us to use it, he would first like to know more about the project. I can give him a quick presentation, but is there any risk of competition between the two projects that could prevent him from approving my request ? @dlercier
