Polygon will snap but cannot add vertice at snapped location. #64

Snapping is working well with lines and points but having some issues with polygon. Specifically, I am able to snap to previous lines/vertices on hover but clicking does not add vertex. Is this a known issue? I have tested in both demo and my local setup.
