アイディア概要

事前にセグメンテーションを行い、腫瘍がある部分のみを、1スライスずつ入力するネットワーク
BraTS2020 で学習したモデルを用いて、セグメンテーションデータを作れそう。
ただし、セグメンテーションタスクと本タスクでは、画像の形が異なる懸念あり。

予定している実験

  • : 256x256 pixel で実験
  • : 512x512 pixel で実験
