Deal with /etc/init.d/zram from image-builder #743

image-builder installs /etc/init.d/zram (/arm-sdk/extra/generic-root/etc/init.d/zram) but I don't think we want this. We can either just remove it or perhaps replace it with a managed zram init script. We also don't want zram enabled by default on all devices.
